Objectives of the Project

Specific objectives of the IGA project include:

young people between 16 and 27 years of age
ready to acquire knowledge about and improve tolerance of different cultures and lifestyles
socially receptive who could engage in healthy conversation on gender equality with other participants
able to work in a team or willing to learn teamworking
willing to embark on stipulated activities from the preparation stage of the exchange up to the organisation of post-project follow-up activities
able to communicate in English, as all the activities will be in English. However, a basic level may be accepted as well, with the help of the team leader's mediation
